Easy Rum Balls

Ingredients

- 2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 cup pecans (very finely ground)
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 2 tablespoons corn syrup
- 1/4 cup jamaican rum
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
Recipe
- 1 mix vanilla wafer crumbs, cocoa, nuts and 1-cup of confectioner's sugar well.
- 2 add the corn syrup and rum. (mix well).
- 3 shape into 1-inch balls and roll in granulated sugar.
- 4 put into a tightly covered tin or metal container for at least 12-hours before serving.
- 5 (cookies keep very well for 4-5 weeks).
