Italian Christmas Cookies

Ingredients

- 8 eggs
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup sugar substitute
- 1 cup milk
- 5 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 8 teaspoons baking powder
- 6 cups whole wheat flour
Recipe
- 1 mix together all liquid ingredients with mixer and then add flour until you get a dough (similar to a bread dough but not as dry).
- 2 cut dough in four pieces.
- 3 cut a slice approximately 1/2 inch and roll out. you can either twist into a braid or a circle (what ever shape you wish).
- 4 bake @ 325 degrees for approximately 20 minutes (until slightly brown).
- 5 glaze (optional) confectionary sugar, milk and vanilla (mix until you get a slightly stiff glaze and then apply to cookies).
