Pistachio Angels

Ingredients

• 3 egg whites
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon almond flavoring
• 2 drops green food coloring
• 3/4 cup pistachios, chopped

Recipe

• 1 beat egg whites until fluffy.
• 2 add salt.
• 3 add sugar gradually continue beating.
• 4 add coloring and flavoring fold in nuts.
• 5 line 2 cookie sheets.
• 6 with foil.

• 8 bake 35 minutes or until golden at 350 degrees.
