Healthy Peanut Butter Cookies

Total Time: 27 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 12 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup non-fat powdered milk
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon mace
  • 1/4 teaspoon clove
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 3/4 cup whole wheat flour

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • 2 in a large bowl beat the oil and honey with electric mixer till creamy and light.
  • 3 add peanut butter and continue beating.
  • 4 beat in the eggs, dry milk, baking powder, salt and spices.
  • 5 by hand stir in the oats, raisins and whole wheat flour.
  • 6 be sure that everything is well blended.
  • 7 drop by teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
  • 8 bake 10 to 12 minutes, or till done.
