Healthy Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup honey
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup non-fat powdered milk
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon mace
- 1/4 teaspoon clove
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- 2 in a large bowl beat the oil and honey with electric mixer till creamy and light.
- 3 add peanut butter and continue beating.
- 4 beat in the eggs, dry milk, baking powder, salt and spices.
- 5 by hand stir in the oats, raisins and whole wheat flour.
- 6 be sure that everything is well blended.
- 7 drop by teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
- 8 bake 10 to 12 minutes, or till done.
