Peanut Butter Cookies!

Ingredients

• 1 cup chunky peanut butter
• 2/3 butter flavor crisco
• 1 1/2 cups brown sugar (firmly packed)
• 3 tablespoons milk
• 1 tablespoon vanilla
• 1 egg
• 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
• 3/4 teaspoon salt
• 3/4 teaspoon baking soda

Recipe

• 1 1 heat oven to 375°f.
• 2 2 combine peanut butter,crisco shortening, brown sugar,milk, and vanilla in large bowl. beat at medium speen on electric mixer until well blended.
• 3 3 combine all-purpose flour, salt, and baking soda. add to creamed mixture at low speed. mix just until blended.
• 4 4 drop spoon fulls of the mixture on to cookie sheets.
• 5 5 bake for 8-10 minutes!
