Mike's Favorite Fudge Brownies

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
• 2 cups sugar
• 3 tablespoons cocoa
• 4 eggs
• 3/4 cup real butter, melted
• 1 1/2 cups chopped nuts (optional)
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 1 can cream cheese frosting (or your homemade cream cheese frosting)

Recipe

• 1 mix together all ingredients except frosting, until well mixed.
• 2 grease and flour a 13x9 baking pan and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30-40 minutes.
• 3 when cooled frost with cream cheese frosting.
• 4 makes about 12 to 16 brownies depending on how large you cut them.
