- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 egg beaters egg substitute
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Recipe
- 1 in mixer, beat margarine, sugar, eggbeaters and vanilla.
- 2 add dry ingredients.
- 3 with floured hands, press into 11" tart pan.
- 4 refrigerate for 30 minutes.
