Plain Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 cup soft butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup rolled oats (not instant 5 - 20 minutes type.)
- 1 cup kellogs rice krispies
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries or 1/2 cup dried cherries
Recipe
- 1 cream butter and sugars well.
- 2 add egg and vanilla.
- 3 beat well.
- 4 add flour, salt, powder, soda, mix well.
- 5 add coconut, oats, cranberries, and krispies, and chipits.
- 6 combine everthing by hand thouroughly.
- 7 roll in to round balls.
- 8 flatten with a fork.
- 9 place on parchment lined baking sheets.
- 10 bake 325 degrees f.
- 11 for 15 minutes.
