Gobble Me Down Brandy Crescents

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 45 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 tablespoons ghee
  • 1 tablespoon brandy
  • 6 tablespoons self-raising flour (maida)
  • 2 tablespoons cashews, chopped
  • icing sugar, for sprinkling on the cookies

Recipe

  • 1 put sugar in a bowl.
  • 2 add ghee and mix well.
  • 3 add brandy and continue to mix.
  • 4 add maida and mix.
  • 5 add cashews and mix.
  • 6 refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
  • 7 shape into half moons (crescents).
  • 8 bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees celcius.
  • 9 remove from oven.
  • 10 cool.
  • 11 sprinkle icing sugar over the cookies.
  • 12 serve!
