Gobble Me Down Brandy Crescents

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 4 tablespoons ghee
- 1 tablespoon brandy
- 6 tablespoons self-raising flour (maida)
- 2 tablespoons cashews, chopped
- icing sugar, for sprinkling on the cookies
Recipe
- 1 put sugar in a bowl.
- 2 add ghee and mix well.
- 3 add brandy and continue to mix.
- 4 add maida and mix.
- 5 add cashews and mix.
- 6 refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
- 7 shape into half moons (crescents).
- 8 bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees celcius.
- 9 remove from oven.
- 10 cool.
- 11 sprinkle icing sugar over the cookies.
- 12 serve!
