Passover Brownies

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 9
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup cake crumbs
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven 325 degrees and grease an 8"square pan.
  • 2 beat eggs and sugar together.
  • 3 blend in cocoa, oil, and salt.
  • 4 gradually mix in cake meal; add nuts and/or chocolate chips if desired.
  • 5 bake at 325 for 25 minutes (top will be shyny and edges dry).
