- 6 egg whites
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 lb almond paste
- 1/4 cup matzo meal
- 1 1/3 cups unsweetened coconut
Recipe
- 1 beat the egg whites until peaks begin to form, beat in the sugar and fold in the almond paste, matzo meal and coconut.
- 2 drop by the teaspoon onto a greased baking pan and flatten slightly with a wet knife.
- 3 bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until delicately browned.
