Honey Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup butter
• 1 cup light brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 6 tablespoons honey
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 3 1/2 cups flour
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• confectioners' sugar

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350 . cream butter and sugar with electric mixer and add in 2 eggs.
• 2 mix until incorporated. add honey and vanilla; blend until smooth.
• 3 add flour and baking soda. scraping sides of bowl down during mixing. mix into a thick dough.
• 4 chill dough in freezer for about 2 hours.
• 5 roll into 1-inch balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes. cool cookies on wire rack.
• 6 dust with confectioners' sugar.
• 7 makes about 4 dozen cookies.
