No-bake Bars

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups quick-cooking rolled oats
  • 1 cup coconut, shredded

Recipe

  • 1 lightly grease 13x9" pan.
  • 2 in large saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa, milk, and butter.
  • 3 bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  • 4 remove from heat.
  • 5 add peanut butter and vanilla and mix well.
  • 6 stir in rolled oats and coconut.
  • 7 spread in greased pan.
  • 8 refrigerate until set.
  • 9 cut into bars.
  • 10 store in refrigerator.
