No-bake Bars

Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups quick-cooking rolled oats
- 1 cup coconut, shredded
Recipe
- 1 lightly grease 13x9" pan.
- 2 in large saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa, milk, and butter.
- 3 bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- 4 remove from heat.
- 5 add peanut butter and vanilla and mix well.
- 6 stir in rolled oats and coconut.
- 7 spread in greased pan.
- 8 refrigerate until set.
- 9 cut into bars.
- 10 store in refrigerator.
