Hubby's Chewy Brownies

Ingredients

• 2 1/2 cups sugar
• 3/4 cup cocoa
• 2 cups flour
• 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
• 3/8 teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons butter, melted
• 3 large eggs
• 3 tablespoons water
• 3 tablespoons vanilla

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350°f grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
• 2 combine dry ingredients in a medium bowl. add remaining ingredients, stir well.
• 3 pour into prepared dish. bake for 27-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out slightly sticky (not clean).
• 4 cool pan on a wire rack.
