Macadamia-raspberry Cookies With Chocolate Chips

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup raspberry jam
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup chocolate chips or 1 cup chopped chocolate
- 1 cup chopped macadamia nuts
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350*f (175*c).
- 2 in small bowl combine flour, baking soda and salt.
- 3 set aside in mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
- 4 add egg and beat well.
- 5 add the vanilla and raspberry jam, mixing well.
- 6 stir in the flour until just mixed.
- 7 stir in nuts and chips.
- 8 drop by tablespoonfuls onto lightly greased baking sheets, about 2-inches apart.
- 9 bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
- 10 do not over bake.
- 11 transfer to wire racks to cool.
- 12 store in airtight container.
