Mom's Peanut Butter Crunch Cookies

Ingredients
- 20 frosted mini-wheats cereal
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter, soft
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 oven@ 350 crush cereal into shreds.
- 2 set aside.
- 3 mix flour, soda and salt; set aside.
- 4 mix rest of ingredients.
- 5 beat until light and fluffy.
- 6 fold in dry ingredients; mix well.
- 7 drop by tablespoons full onto ungreased cookie sheat.
- 8 criss-cross flatten with a fork.
- 9 bake for 14 minutes.
