Nelson Cookie Bake Carol's Spritz Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 lb butter
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 6 egg yolks
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 5 cups flour

Recipe

• 1 heat oven to 350 degrees.
• 2 cream butter and sugar.
• 3 add egg yolks and beat until mixed.
• 4 add 2 teaspoons vanilla.
• 5 gradually add flour. beat until well mixed.
• 6 fill cookie press. form desired shapes on ungreased cookie sheet.
• 7 sprinkle colored sugar crystals on unbaked cookies.
• 8 bake 8 minutes or until set but not brown.
