Ingredients
- 1 cup smooth peanut butter (you could use crunchy too!)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/4 cups sugar substitute
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 preheat the oven to 350 degrees f.
- 2 grease a 9 x 9 pan.
- 3 combine all into a mixing bowl and stir well.
- 4 press mixture into the 9 x 9 pan and bake for 14 minutes.
- 5 let cool for 15 minutes and cut into 16 bars.
