Peanut Butter Bars - Low (er) Carb

Total Time: 19 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 14 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup smooth peanut butter (you could use crunchy too!)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar substitute
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe

  • 1 preheat the oven to 350 degrees f.
  • 2 grease a 9 x 9 pan.
  • 3 combine all into a mixing bowl and stir well.
  • 4 press mixture into the 9 x 9 pan and bake for 14 minutes.
  • 5 let cool for 15 minutes and cut into 16 bars.
