Peanut Butter Mega Morsel Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup peanut butter
• 3/4 cup butter or 3/4 cup margarine, softened
• 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
• 1/3 cup granulated sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 eggs
• 2 cups semisweet chocolate, mega morsels
• 3/4 cup chopped peanuts (optional)

Recipe

• 1 combine flour, baking soda, and salt in small bowl.
• 2 beat peanut butter, butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla in large mixer bowl until creamy.
• 3 beat in eggs. gradually beat in flour mixture. stir in morsels and peanuts.
• 4 drop dough by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets. press down slightly.
• 5 bake in preheated 350* oven for 9-12 minutes or until golden brown. let stand for 2 minutes; remove and cool completely.
