Frozen Lemon Squares

Ingredients

- 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine, melted
- 1 (14 ounce) can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup lemon juice concentrate
- yellow food coloring (optional)
- whipped cream or cool whip topping
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 325°f in small mixing bowl, combine crumbs, sugar and butter; press firmly on bottom of 8 or 9-inch square pan.
- 2 in small mixing bowl, beat eagle brand, egg yolks, lemon juice and food coloring, if desired. pour into crust.
- 3 bake 30 minutes. cool completely. top with whipped cream. freeze 4 hours or until firm. let stand 10 minutes before serving. garnish as desired. freeze leftovers.
