Low-fat Brownies

Ingredients
- 60 g dark chocolate
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 3 tablespoons prune puree
- 3/4 cup caster sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 50 g cashews (chopped)
Recipe
- 1 in a small pot over low heat, stir dark chocolate and unsalted butter until melted and let it cool.
- 2 puree 1/2 cup of pitted prune by adding 3 tbsps of water.
- 3 sift flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and sea salt together.
- 4 beat egg, egg , sugar and vanilla on low speed until the mixture is thick and creamy.
- 5 stir in melted chocolate and prune puree.
- 6 stir in dry ingredients and chopped cashews.
- 7 pour the mixture in a 20 cm baking tray lined with baking paper.
- 8 bake in a preheated oven at 150ºc for 15-20 minutes.
- 9 let it cool and serve.
