Mincemeat Cookies

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup shortening or 3/4 cup margarine
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 3 eggs, beaten
• 3 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 3/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup mincemeat

Recipe

• 1 mix in order given.
• 2 drop by spoonful on greased cookie sheet.
• 3 bake 350 10-15 minutes.
