- 3 (2 3/4 ounce) moon pie cookies (any flavor)
- 1 (19 1/2 ounce) box brownie mix
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 eggs
Recipe
- 1 in a greased 9x13 pan, break-up moon pies into small bite-size pieces.
- 2 mix oil, water, egg and brownie mix until moistened.
- 3 pour the prepared brownie batter on top of the moon pie pieces.
- 4 bake at 350 degrees for 28 to 30 minutes.
