Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- oil (for frying)
Recipe
- 1 blend the flour into the eggs. knead ten minutes, adding more flour if needed to make a stiff dough. let the dough stand one hour. roll very thin, cut into diamond shapes and fry in hot oil. drain and sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnomin.
