Green Tom Mincemeat Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup shortening
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 1 egg
• 3 1/4 cups flour
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 1/2 cups mincemeat

Recipe

• 1 cream together shortening and sugar, add egg and cream together. add flour sifted with salt and soda. add vanilla and mincemeat. mix well. drop by spoonfuls and bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
