Light Cooking Brownies

Ingredients

- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup tightly packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 egg whites, lightly beaten
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°.
- 2 spray 13 x 9 pan with cooking spray.
- 3 in a large bowl combine boiling water and cocoa and mix until cocoa is dissolved.
- 4 add flour, sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, egg whites, oil and vanilla.
- 5 mix well.
- 6 pour into pan and bake 25 minutes.
- 7 brownies should spring back when touched.
