- 2/3 cup shortening
- 1 cup sugar

Recipe
- 1 mix together dry ingredients.
- 2 slowly blend in wet ingredients.
- 3 knead for 2 min and let sit for 30 minute roll out and cut into squares.
- 4 place on baking sheet.
- 5 bake at 350 for 20 min until golden and crisp.
- 6 let cool.
