Oatmeal Raisin Cookies For Spooky Girl

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
• 1/3 cup reduced-calorie margarine
• 1 large egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 cup uncooked old fashioned oats
• 1/2 cup raisins

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• 2 coat two large baking sheets with cooking spray.
• 3 in a large mixing bowl, combine both sugars, margarine, egg and vanilla; beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy.
• 4 with the mixer on low speed, beat in flour and oats; fold in rasins.
• 5 drip mixture by scant tablespoons onto prepared baking sheets.
• 6 bake until puffed up and golden brown around the edges, about 15 to 20 minutes.
• 7 cool on baking sheets for 3 minutes; transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
