Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 cups quick-cooking oats
- 1 (11 ounce) package butterscotch chips
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- 2 combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in a small bowl. set aside.
- 3 beat butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla in large mixing bowl, gradually beat in the flour mixture. stir in oats and butterscotch chips.
- 4 drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- 5 bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes. cool on baking sheets 2 minutes, remove to wire rack to cool completely.
