Ojaldas

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • oil (for frying)

Recipe

  • 1 blend the flour into the eggs. knead ten minutes, adding more flour if needed to make a stiff dough. let the dough stand one hour. roll very thin, cut into diamond shapes and fry in hot oil. drain and sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnomin.
