No Fail Fudgy Brownies!

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate (i use hershey's)
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon margarine (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius.
  • 2 in a small saucepan, melt chocolate with 1/2 cup of margarine over low heat.
  • 3 remember to stir constantly until well blended and looks smooth.
  • 4 remove from heat.
  • 5 cool for 5-10 minutes.
  • 6 in a bowl, mix together sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  • 7 beat mixture until fluffy.
  • 8 add flour, salt and chocolate mixture.
  • 9 blend well.
  • 10 pour into prepared (greased) pan.
  • 11 bake for 30-35 minutes.
  • 12 remember not to overbake.
  • 13 cool for 40 minutes to 1 hour.
  • 14 in a small saucepan, melt chocolate chips and margarine together over low heat until smooth.
  • 15 drizzle mixture over cooled brownies.
  • 16 wait till it sets then cut into bars.
