Macadamia And Chocolate Biccies

Ingredients
- 200 g butter, softened
- 1 cup caster sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 100 g chopped chocolate
- 1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts
Recipe
- 1 cream butter and caster sugar until light and fluffy.
- 2 add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- 3 mix in vanilla.
- 4 sift flour and baking powder, stir into creamed mixture along with chocolate and nuts.
- 5 take heaped teaspoons of mixture and roll into balls.
- 6 place on greased oven tray, allowing room for spreading.
- 7 flatten slightly with a floured fork.
- 8 bake at 180c degrees for approx 15 minutes until golden.
- 9 cool on wire racks.
