Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 1/4 cup margarine
• 1/4 cup crisco shortening
• 1 egg
• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Recipe

• 1 mix the first six ingredients into one bowl.
• 2 mix the remaining three ingredients in a different bow.
• 3 mix the two mixtures together.
• 4 roll 1-in. balls in sugar.
• 5 set on pan ½ inch apart.
• 6 bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
• 7 press kiss in center.
