Ingredients
- 1 cup caster sugar
- 125 g butter
- 1 1/2 cups self-raising flour, sifted
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1/4-1/2 cup milo
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 180°c.
- 2 cream butter & sugar.
- 3 add egg, milo & flour and mix to combine.
- 4 form into biscuit shapes, allowing room for spreading during cooking.
- 5 place on baking tray lined with non-stick paper.
- 6 bake for 15 minutes.
