Peanut Butter Fingers

Ingredients

- 1 cup margarine or 1 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups rolled oats
Recipe
- 1 cream margarine (or butter), sugars, and peanut butter.
- 2 add eggs and mix til light and fluffy.
- 3 add flour, baking soda and salt, mix well.
- 4 add vanilla and oats, mix well.
- 5 spread into a greased jelly roll sheet pan (10 1/2 by 15 1/2).
- 6 bake for 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
- 7 frost with 1/2 c peanut butter and 1 c powdered sugar, 2 tbls margarine and enough milk to make light and fluffy.
- 8 cut while warm.
- 9 do not overbake.
