Ingredients
- 3 cups lard
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 -5 cups flour
- 1/3 cup rose wine
- 1 egg
- cinnamon, and
- sugar
Recipe
- 1 cream the lard and beat in sugar.
- 2 cream again.
- 3 beat in the egg and rose.
- 4 mix in 4 cups of the flour, adding more until dough is able to be rolled out.
- 5 cut in circles or shapes.
- 6 pat cinnamon sugar onto cookie tops.
- 7 bake on ungreased 325 oven until lightly browned.
