Nutty Apricot Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 cups confectioners' sugar
• 1/2 cup flour
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 cup egg (3-4)
• 2 cups pecans, chopped
• 1/2 cup dried apricot, chopped

Recipe

• 1 in mixing bowl, combine sugar, flour, baking powder and egg whites.
• 2 add nuts and apricots; mix well.
• 3 drop by spoonsful onto well-greased baking sheets.
• 4 bake at 325°f for 15-18 minutes.
• 5 drizzle tops, if desired, with a mixture of confectioners' sugar, lemon juice, and water.
