Peanut Butter Dessert Pizza

Ingredients

• 1 cup smooth peanut butter
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 2 cups mini marshmallows
• 1/2 cup chopped nuts
• 12 red maraschino cherries, cut in half

Recipe

• 1 combine peanut butter, sugar and egg; blend until smooth.
• 2 press into a 10-inch pizza pan.
• 3 prevent dough sticking to fingers by dipping fingers in flour first.
• 4 bake at 325 for 20 minutes.
• 5 cool 10 minutes, then sprinkle on chocolate chips, marshmallows and nuts over entire pizza.
• 6 arrange cherry halves arond the outer edge and in centre of pizza.
• 7 broil for 1-2 minutes or until marshmallows puff up a little and brown a bit.
• 8 let stand 20 minutes before cutting into wedges to serve.
