Peanut Butter Heath Bar Quinoa Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/3 cup agave syrup
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup quinoa flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup heath candy bar, crushed
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350.
- 2 mix wet ingredients.
- 3 mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
- 4 add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix well.
- 5 fold in heath bar bits.
- 6 spoon heaping tablespoon balls of dough onto parchment-lined baking sheets. press down with fork.
- 7 bake for 10 minutes or until starting to brown.
- 8 cool for 5 minutes on cookie sheet, then transfer to wire rack for 5 more minutes.
