Peanut Butter Heath Bar Quinoa Cookies

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/3 cup agave syrup
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup quinoa flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup heath candy bar, crushed

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350.
  • 2 mix wet ingredients.
  • 3 mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
  • 4 add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix well.
  • 5 fold in heath bar bits.
  • 6 spoon heaping tablespoon balls of dough onto parchment-lined baking sheets. press down with fork.
  • 7 bake for 10 minutes or until starting to brown.
  • 8 cool for 5 minutes on cookie sheet, then transfer to wire rack for 5 more minutes.
