Healthy Flapjacks

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 18
  • 225 g runny honey
  • 225 g butter
  • 350 g rolled oats
  • 50 g chopped almonds
  • 50 g sunflower seeds
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 75 g stoned chopped dates

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 180c/350f/gas 4.
  • 2 grease a 30 x 25cm (12in x 9in)baking tin.
  • 3 melt the honey with the butter.
  • 4 pour this over the rolled oats, almonds and sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and dates.
  • 5 mix well and spoon into the baking tin. bake for 2- 25 minutes until golden brown.
