Ingredients

- 225 g runny honey
- 225 g butter
- 350 g rolled oats
- 50 g chopped almonds
- 50 g sunflower seeds
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 75 g stoned chopped dates
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 180c/350f/gas 4.
- 2 grease a 30 x 25cm (12in x 9in)baking tin.
- 3 melt the honey with the butter.
- 4 pour this over the rolled oats, almonds and sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and dates.
- 5 mix well and spoon into the baking tin. bake for 2- 25 minutes until golden brown.
