Healthy Kashi Cookies

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3/4 cup whole wheat cereal, crushed
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in order listed(cream butter/honey, etc).
  • 2 drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet.
  • 3 bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until edges are browned.
