Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) bag fritos corn chips
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup light karo syrup
- 1 cup peanut butter
Recipe
- 1 pour the bag of fritos (whole, not crushed) on parchment paper. i use a cookie sheet.
- 2 cook the sugar and karo till boiling (stirring on medium heat) for a minute or so.
- 3 remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter.
- 4 drizzle over the fritos. cool completely then break into bite sized pieces.
