Grammy's Peanut Butter Cookies

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

• 1 cup shortening
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 2 eggs, well-beaten
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup peanut butter
• 3 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 pinch salt

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350.
• 2 mix in order given.
• 3 shape into walnut size balls. place on ungreased cookie sheets.
• 4 flatten with a fork.
• 5 bake for 10 minutes. remove them from the oven immediately!
• 6 the cookies should look soft on top.
