Grammy's Southern Tossie Cookies

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter, softened
• 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese
• 1 cup flour
• 1 egg
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/4 cup broken pecans (approximately)

Recipe

• 1 mix crust ingredients with a mixer until dough forms.
• 2 divide into 24 cups of a mini-muffin pan.
• 3 press dough onto sides and bottom of pan. (pampered chef has a wooden "pusher" tool that does this for you automatically.).
• 4 mix egg, sugar, and vanilla in a small bowl or measuring cup.
• 5 place several broken pecans in bottom of each dough-lined cup.
• 6 spoon filling over pecans.
• 7 bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes.
