Littlemafia's Snowballs

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 cup chopped pecans
• 1/4 cup icing sugar

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
• 2 beat butter and honey with an electric mixer.
• 3 add the remaining ingredients except the powdered sugar.
• 4 shape dough into walnut size balls and place about 1 inch apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
• 5 bake 12-14 minutes or until just starting to brown.
• 6 remove from oven and let cool slightly.
• 7 roll cookies in icing sugar until well coated.
