Ingredients
- 2 lbs butter
- 2 lbs shortening
- 8 lbs brown sugar
- 2 ounces vanilla
- 16 eggs
- 6 lbs pastry flour
- 3 1/2 ounces baking powder
- 2 ounces baking soda
- 1 1/4 ounces salt
- 16 ounces milk
- 5 lbs rolled oats
- 4 lbs craisins
Recipe
- 1 soften butter, in mixing bowl cream smooth 1-4 [not fluffy], gradually add tempered eggs, then add sifted 6-9, then add 10-12 until uniform texture and color, do not over mix.
