Peanut Butter-coconut-raisin Granola Bars

Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups rolled oats
- 2/3 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup bran flakes
- 1/3 cup unsweetened coconut
- 3 tablespoons chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons chopped pecans
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons margarine or 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 2 spray a 9-inch square pan with vegetable spray.
- 3 put rolled oats, raisins, bran flakes, coconut, chocolate chips, pecans, and baking soda in bowl.
- 4 combine until well mixed.
- 5 in small saucepan, whisk together peanut butter, brown sugar, margarine, honey and vanilla over medium heat for approximately 30 seconds or just until sugar dissolves and mixture is smooth.
- 6 pour over dry ingredients and stir to combine.
- 7 press into prepared pan and bake for 15-20 minutes or until browned.
- 8 let cool completely before cutting into bars.
