Peanut Butter Triple Toffee Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1/2 cup vegetable shortening
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 3/4 cups brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 (12 ounce) bag semisweet chocolate
- 1 cup almond brickle chips
- 0.5 (6 1/2 ounce) jar powdered peanut butter (pb2)
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 3 eggs
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375.
- 2 lightly grease baking sheets.
- 3 cream butter, shortening at medium speed until creamy.
- 4 gradually add sugars, pb2, water, vanilla, salt, soda., then add dry ingredients.
- 5 once well mixed, then stir in chocolate chips and toffee chips.
- 6 drop by teaspoonfuls about a few inches apart on a greased cookie sheet. bake for 8-11 minutes or until lightly browned. let cool and then remove to wire racks.
