Peanut Crunch Cookies

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 18 ounces peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
  • 16 ounces powdered sugar
  • 3 cups corn flakes
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 12 ounces chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk)
  • 1/3 paraffin wax block (1/3 small bar of gulf wax)

Recipe

  • 1 mix together the peanut butter and the powdered sugar.
  • 2 mix in the cornflakes.
  • 3 mix in the melted butter.
  • 4 form into balls.
  • 5 for the coating, melt the wax and the chips together in a double boiler.
  • 6 dip the peanut butter balls into the chocolate, place on waxed paper or wire rack and let set.
