Peanut Crunch Cookies

Ingredients
- 18 ounces peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
- 16 ounces powdered sugar
- 3 cups corn flakes
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 12 ounces chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk)
- 1/3 paraffin wax block (1/3 small bar of gulf wax)
Recipe
- 1 mix together the peanut butter and the powdered sugar.
- 2 mix in the cornflakes.
- 3 mix in the melted butter.
- 4 form into balls.
- 5 for the coating, melt the wax and the chips together in a double boiler.
- 6 dip the peanut butter balls into the chocolate, place on waxed paper or wire rack and let set.
